Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Warner Electric SM-024 0018-RE parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Watlow products, including obsoleted and phased-out Wattstopper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Weatherford product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Watlow such as the PM8C3CJ3CCJDAAPM8C3CJ3CCJDAATemperatureT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMPC100 manufactured by Wattstopper and we are pleased to be able to service most Wattstopper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SUTE by Manufacturer Weatherford as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
